As well as precision metal components Leaside Turned Parts also is an experienced precision plastic turned parts manufacturer. We have been producing plastic components for at least 25 years and have machined all types of plastics. These include Nylon, Acetal, Delrin, PTFE, PET, Peek, Nylatron etc.
It requires experience and knowledge to machine plastics turned parts with precision as methods for machining metals do not always apply to plastic. We have machined a whole range of plastic turned parts including components with holes as small as 0.3mm with a .02 tolerance, threads, grooves, milled sections, plus much more.
