99.7% satisfaction and 98% deliveries on time for 2008
Leaside has improved on it's 2007 delivery perfomance by achieving 98% of all deliveries on time in 2008.
1.6 % was within 3 days and 0.4% was within 7 days.
In 2008, 99.7% of jobs produced at Leaside were as per the customers requirements or better.

Deliveries for July, August, September were 99% on time.
17-7-2008 (2008 Q2)
Deliveries for April, May, June were 99% on time.
In the first half of 2008, Leaside had zero rejects.
4-4-2008 (2008 Q1)
Deliveries for Jan, Feb March were 96.5% on time.
Results are obtained from our quarterly meetings when all figures are measured and analysed.
This is to make sure we are meeting or exceeding the customer damends and to find any issues
and to take preventative action against these issues.
