Critical finish required on turned and milled parts

Leaside Turned Parts always tries produce turned and milled parts on CNC machines in one hit thus reducing costs and improving quality. A customer required a CNC turned and milled part that had to have a good-brushed effect finish on the ends with no marks. This was not possible to do complete on our CNC machines but was an essential part of his overall product appearance. We decided to complete these with a second operation and after several trials we produced some samples that the customer was very happy with and he subsequently placed a large order.
